You create rewards like "Free Coffee" or "10% Off". Customers earn points through visits or purchases. When they reach a milestone on their progress bar, they unlock the reward and can claim it at your venue.

What's a milestone?

A milestone is a point threshold on the progress bar. When customers reach it, something happens — they get a reward, earn an achievement badge, or see a survey. You define what happens at each milestone.

Do my customers need to download an app?

No. Customers scan a QR code with their phone camera and join instantly. Everything works in the browser. No app download, no friction.

What if my staff or customers won't figure it out?

Customers scan a QR code with their phone camera (no app) and see their progress. That's it. We've seen 70-year-olds and kids use it without issues. The learning curve is about 2 seconds.

What is a Monthly Active User (MAU)?

A Monthly Active User is any unique customer who interacted with your program in the last 30 days. This includes scanning QR codes, viewing progress, or claiming rewards. Inactive customers don't count toward your limit.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.

What's the difference between Starter and Business?

Starter gives you progress bars, milestones, and basic analytics. Business adds Gift QR codes — instant-reward codes for promos and first-visit offers. Business also includes news, gallery, and advanced analytics.

Is there a free trial?

We don't offer a free trial, but you can explore the platform by creating an account. Given our low monthly cost and cancel-anytime policy, most businesses just try it for a month. That's effectively a €26 trial.

What happens if I exceed my MAU limit?

We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. Your program will continue working, and we'll recommend upgrading. We won't suddenly cut off your customers.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor Paddle. PayPal is also available.

Can I get a refund?
