14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase. No questions asked.

This guarantee applies to your first subscription payment only. It gives you enough time to explore all features and determine if EazyPromo is right for your business.

Subscription Renewals

Automatic renewal payments are non-refundable. Your subscription renews automatically each month unless you cancel before the renewal date.

To avoid being charged for the next billing period, please cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime through the Paddle customer portal accessible from your Billing settings.

Mid-Cycle Cancellation

We do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period when canceling mid-cycle. When you cancel, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

Exceptions

Refunds outside of the 14-day window may be considered on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Technical issues that prevent you from using the Service
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Service outages affecting your business operations

To be eligible for an exception, you must contact us within 7 days of the issue occurring.

How to Request a Refund

  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund request

We typically process refund requests within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Plan Changes

If you upgrade your plan, you will be charged the prorated difference immediately. If you downgrade your plan, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period — no refund is issued for the current period.
